早速試したのですが、Relo1にあったリソースエディタが無い！。
これは痛い。
Reloを評価している理由の全てがリソースエディタなのに...。

先日、とある電気屋でCMS-V12というWebCamを買ってきました。

なんとlinuxでもsonic-snapというアプリケーションを使えば動くではありませんか。

で、dmesg を見ると、

usb 2-1: V4L2 device registered as /dev/video0
usb 2-1: Optional device control through 'sysfs' interface ready
usbcore: registered new driver sn9c102

なんて出てたから、v4l2が使えるのでは？と思ってgstreamer-propertiesを起動したらセグフォ。お疲れ様です。
